Information you submit

The quotation form collects your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, delivery city, product requirements, notes and any files you choose to attach. Please send product specifications only, and avoid identity documents, payment details or unrelated personal information.

How enquiries are used

We use this information to review your requirement, clarify specifications, discuss sourcing and respond by email or phone. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to a purchase.

How the form delivers your information

The website processes your submission through its hosting service and emails the enquiry and attachments to the Taurus enquiry mailbox. When buyer tracking is enabled, we also store your enquiry and attachment filenames in the buyer database. Attachments themselves remain in the enquiry email. Submitting the form does not automatically create a signed-in account. Hosting and email providers process the data needed to deliver their services. Operational logs may record request information and delivery errors.

Buyer accounts and business review

If you request account access, we use Supabase to send an email sign-in code, authenticate access and store your business profile and tracked enquiries. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to one hour. Your verified email links your account to enquiries submitted using that address. Taurus team members with authorised access can review business details, record checks and update enquiry statuses. Business details and an optional GSTIN are used for this review. Email confirmation is not proof of business legitimacy.

Buyer sign-in uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help identify automated abuse before an OTP is requested. Cloudflare may process technical request, browser and device information needed to provide that security check under its own service and privacy terms. The Turnstile result is sent through the Taurus login API to Supabase Auth for verification.

The buyer workspace includes the same optional Google Translate language selector used on the public website. If you choose automatic translation, Google may process page text and related technical information needed to provide the translation. Do not use a shared mailbox if its other users should not see the associated enquiries.

Retention and requests

Account profiles and tracked enquiry records are held in the buyer database; emailed enquiries and attachments are held in our email system for enquiry handling and associated business correspondence. To ask about access, correction, deletion or continued contact, email [email protected]. Please identify the relevant enquiry or reference number. We will review requests and explain any records that need to be retained.

Translation and external contact links

The language selector uses Google Translate, which connects to Google and may use cookies to provide automatic translation. WhatsApp links open a separate service. Those providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Avoid relying on automatic translation for model numbers or technical specifications.
